Day Three of the demolition. I skulk behind closed doors. The neighbors are all out gossipping on the back stoop! I'm snapping pictures from behind closed doors over here, trying to avoid answering questions.

There's no ordinance against beautification, is there? I'm putting in a garden, and I think everyone can be happy about that. It's probably rare to demolish, but here I am, setting a new trend. Actual gardening!

Anyway, it's not like any walls are going down, after all. I'm going to keep that cinderblock wall up if I can, so one day we can just dig down and put in a new garage. Reminds me, I'd better call an engineer! Also a glazier..=.
